What kind of materials can ensure that we can produce high quality products
We use a total of three models of plastic particles, ABS, PA6 G30, POM. According to the product's use, achievement of the performance to choose suitable plastic.
Understand performance of ABS particle first
Usable range of ABS: Generally used in the appearance of products, such as chassis, remote control shell and so on.
The character of ABS: Acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene terpolymer, from the morphological point of view, ABS is a non-crystalline material. Polymerization of the three monomers results in a terpolymer with two phases, one being a continuous phase of styrene-acrylonitrile and the other being a polybutadiene rubber dispersed phase. Three kinds of monomer ratio adjust, the physical properties of the resin will have some changes:
1, Butadiene offers low-temperature ductility and impact resistance to ABS resins, but excessive butadiene reduces the hardness, luster and fluidity of the resin.
2, Acrylonitrile ABS resin provides hardness, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance and other chemical corrosion properties.
3, Styrene ABS resin to provide hardness, flow and processing of the product surface finish.
Chemical characteristics: ABS resin is water-resistant, inorganic salts, alkali and acids, insoluble in most alcohol solvents, and easily soluble in aldehydes, ketones, esters, slow combustion, yellow flame, black smoke, softened plastic burning, burning Coke, issued a special smell of cinnamon, but no dripping phenomenon.
Good electrical properties: easy to dye, coating and plating. (Such as A-type cabinet paint, C-type remote control UV paint, etc., we often see the electric car shell is coated with plastic pieces, made of multicolor pattern appearance)
Physical characteristics: opaque, pale ivory appearance, non-toxic, tasteless. Heat resistance in general thermoplastics from high, good fatigue resistance. High impact strength, high surface hardness, good toughness, dimensional stability, wear resistance, oil resistance, molding and machining is better.
1, Amorphous material, medium liquidity, large moisture absorption, must be fully dried, the plastic surface of the parts require a long time to preheat the dried 80-90 degrees and 3 hours.
2, Should take high feed temperature, high mold temperature, but the material temperature is too easy to decompose (decomposition temperature is 270 degrees).
3, If you need to solve the water-mark, you need to improve the material's fluidity, adopt high material temperature, high mold temperature, or change the water level and so on.
4, High strength and strong impact resistance.
